Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer full refunds.

When you order from Wholesale Petals, we can assure that we inspect our products before they are shipped out to our customers. Personally inspecting each bunch eliminates 95% of the chance for any products that are shipped to you will be in unusable condition. However, due to the nature of our products because they are fresh flowers we cannot control the delivery environment once our shipments are picked up from our couriers. For that reason, we are unable to guarantee that all inspected items will arrive in perfect condition.

When you order fresh flowers online from us and understand that there is a 5% chance that there may be a few stems that you will not be able to use (which is very common, even for us when we order for our client's wedding floral arrangements).

Once your order is placed, your order is immediately sent to our farms that we work with and we are unable to cancel your order. Once the order is placed it is automatically in process and due to the time difference between us and our suppliers, we are unable to offer a cancellation on your order because the order is most likely already being fulfilled. Even if your event is months away, the number of stems/blooms on existing plants are reserved for your timeframe of when they're required.
